MEETING & SURPASSING NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION STANDARDS

Due to the multitude of subcontractors engaged in new home construction, maintaining proper quality control can be a daunting task for the builder. That's why we implement the Registrar of Contractor Workmanship Standards for all our new construction inspections. These standards uphold a higher level of scrutiny, holding all involved contractors accountable for the following:

Performing all work in accordance with professional standards

Performing all work in a professional manner

Conducting necessary repairs when mandated

PHASED NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS

While not obligatory, each of the three phases is crucial for ensuring a structurally sound home that you can rely on for years to come. Opting for a home inspection during each phase of your home’s construction guarantees a well-constructed, durable structure for you and your family:

Pre-Slab Review

Pre-Slab Review includes an examination of all existing concrete, in-floor plumbing, electrical system, aggregate base, main water service, and steel reinforcement.

The Framing Review takes place before wall insulation and drywall installation, following the installation of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. Reviewed systems encompass general framing methods, workmanship quality, utility installation, slab foundation, roof sheathing, and other aspects.

Final Inspection is similar to a standard home inspection, using InterNACHI standards for a higher level of assessment.
